SOS Electronics is hands down the best spot in Downtown LA for stereo equipment. Their selection is massive, and the customer service is unmatched. I’ve been helped by Gustavo before (he’s excellent, but only works Saturdays), and today I was taken care of by Carlos, who went above and beyond. My stereo with CarPlay was having issues because of a pinched wire. Instead of just fixing it, they replaced the entire stereo at no charge and even upgraded me to this year’s model! Carlos handled everything smoothly and made me feel like a truly valued customer. This type of service is rare—highly recommend SOS Electronics to anyone looking for quality gear and real customer care.

Walked in here today not sure if what I needed and Pedro assisted me with every question I had to build an insane system. He was well versed in all aspects of what I was trying to accomplish and saved me a ton of money. This should everyone’s first stop when upgrading.

I’ve come here for high-quality speakers (top-of-the-line gear!), and every visit has been nothing short of excellent. Peter, who’s running the show today, always treats me like family. The hospitality here is unmatched — from offering water to making sure I’m completely taken care of. The entire atmosphere is positive, friendly, and full of good energy.
